Last night three of us started knitting the Clapotis for the knit-along. Of course only one of us remembered the pattern! Thanks Tammy! We had a little bit of off and on false starts, but I think that we all completed the set up rows in Section 1 and got a great start on Section 2, the increase rows.

I only plan to make mine half of the width because I wanted more of a scarf than a wrap. I'm using two skeins of Claudia Handpainted Short Sport, a gift from Tammy!

Tammy and Zarah started with me last night and we're already betting that Zarah beats us all! ;)

This Thursday we are starting a knit along for the ever so popular Clapotis by Kate Gilbert. According to Ravelry, there are 3,721 projects and 2084 have it in their queue. So why not add a few more?

Tonight I'll start my Clapotis as a scarf rather than a wrap. I'm also using Claudia Hand Panted Short Sport that Tammy gave me in her destash.
